I don't think I will be playing anymore so if Mike isn't either I will deactivate my account.  I will sure miss you guys but  I need a job!

I am now offically the guild leader again!

See the thing is...I'm trying to lose weight and when I'm in front of the computer, I eat, a LOT!  I was up to 204 and at my height 5'3", (call me shorty) J/K, I was obese.  You notice I said "was"!  Well, not at my goal weight yet, but getting there!  At 155 now, and still working on it.  Now, you might ask yourself, why is she telling us all this?  I want you to know I am not quitting the game but, just trying to break old habits and get some new life into me.  Sort of hard when you're a hard core gamer like I used to be.  I miss you all and hope to see you soon!  <3 always and forever!

For two consecutive weeks now we have done OS heroic and had no problems!  Good job all!  Now we are trying next week with a drake left up.  A bit harder, but with all the dps we have, it should'nt be a problem!  Means more loot for us! 

You guys are really coming along!  We've about got OS down and Naxx is getting there fast!  Let's keep signing up for the raids on the 10's so that we can move quickly on the 25 mans!  I'm so proud of all of you for making that extra effort!

Everyone must bring their own potions, elixirs and all consumables for every raid. It's a good idea to keep these items in your inventory at all times, just in case you get called upon to come to a raid.  I really would like some serious players to sign up for all the raids please, and if you need gear... let us help you get it! 

Everyone but EVERYONE needs to pay attention during raids and listen to what we are saying.  No playing around and talking, when we are trying to tell you what's going to happen.  Use the youtube to check out different boss fights please!  This is important, as we all lose time when we have to explain every single fight. 

Let's all try to have fun and get the so called "phat lewts"!  You are very valuable to the guild, each and everyone of you!  Let's make Forgiven a guild that is to be reckoned with!  We can do it and you can help!

Forgiven is a well-respected guild on this server.

We are a friendly, family type guild. Very helpful and we love to talk. Now, this being said, if you are new to the guild, please do not cuss, or say anything that is considered offensive to others. You are new to this guild and as such you must conduct yourself accordingly. A lot of us have been here a long time and we do friendly banter amongst ourselves. But, you are new here and haven't gotten to that point of understanding, where the fine line is between friendly banter and unacceptable language, is it is best to refrain from skirting the line: you will more then likely cross it unintentionally.


Here are a few ground rules to go by:


1. Foul language is unacceptable. There is no excuse for foul language in guild chat, because typing takes cognitive thinking, requiring you to think before you type something. You can’t slip and type inappropriate words by accident. So any occurrence with be dealt with swiftly and harshly.

2. Respect those around you. We are a lively guild and banter a lot, but any blatant disrespect will result in immediate termination of your membership in Forgiven. Leave any comments and language that could be disrespectful of others race, religion, nationality, sex, or lifestyle preference. Keep in mind that Forgiven is a multinational guild, with members from around the world.

3. We are not your bank. A lot of us work very hard to earn gold, to continue to enjoy playing WoW. Please do not ask for money from us. Let everyone get to know you. By that time, you will have made some friends within the guild, (we are a very social guild).  At that time, you may be able to borrow some gold, from a friend that trusts you. But the guild does not condone begging for gold from others.

4. We are not here to power level you. Each and everyone of us, worked very hard, to get our character's to the levels they are at. In that process we learned how to play that character making us a better player. We are not a power leveling factory, if that is what you are looking for then you need to immediately login and type /Gquit . We are more then willing to help when you are stuck on a quest, when we are not in the middle of doing something, but understand that just because we are level 70, it does not mean we sit around all day waiting to help lower levels at the drop of a hat. If you ask for help, and no one answers, usually it means that we saw your request, and mentally noted it, but we are either busy doing something, short on time to help, or about to do something. We will get to you as soon as we have time, but do not expect your guildies to drop everything at your whim.

5. We require you to have fun. WOW is only a game. Do not take it too seriously. We are all here to have fun. If you have something happen to you we are here to help, but constant complaining in guild chat drags everyone down.

This guild vault thing is new to all of us so, I am saying right now that if you actually need something, take it. If you don't need it or plan on selling it for profit, leave it in the vault.  I see no reason for lower levels to have a use for reputation or quest items that are not for their levels.  If you have something to contribute that's great, but please make sure it's not just junk as the tabs cost a lot of gold to purchase.  Eventually I will make it to where officers as well as myself can hand out certain items from a selected tab, but so far I have not gotten to that point.  If you have any questions about something just please ask me or an officer.

We are getting ready to start a 3rd KZ group soon.  If you are NOT in groups one or two then you can get in the third group.  Please make sure you have at least level 70 blues as gear.  We will be trying to get a 25 man raid to Gruul's Lair as soon as we get everyone geared up for it!  Fun!

To all our members, we roll on items based on class. If you have won an epic during the raid, you cannot roll for another, unless nobody needs it and it will be disenchanted.  Rules for loot are on a different forum and please make sure you read them.

I ask that if you have problems with another guild member that you whisper me or send me an ingame mail and I will look into it and let you know the outcome.  As with most families, which is what we consider ourselves, do, we may have disagreements from time to time.  I think we can overcome them.  :)

Let's all have fun and get good gear so we can progress onward!
